VETERAN Rachel Anne Daquis is pleased to deliver anew for Cignal, even if it’s third place this time, thanking coach Edgar Barroga for helping get back at the top of her game.

“For coach Edgar kasi, nilabas niya lahat eh, ‘yung talent mo, lahat ng skills na pwede mo palang gawin. ‘Yung mga nagagawa mo noong college, nagagawa mo ulit ngayon,” said Daquis after Cignal salvaged third place in the PSL Invitational.

Daquis, who averaged 15.25 points per game in the pool stage, couldn’t believe that she was still able to push herself to the limit.

So sobrang happy ako and thankful kay coach Edgar,” she added.

Barroga said he challenged Daquis to play her best, and he couldn’t be any happier as she responded well.

“Very satisfied sa performance ni Rachel lalong lalo na itong last game,” he added.

Before helping lead Cignal to the 2017 Invitational Conference, Daquis had won with Army in the 2013 Grand Prix, 2014 All-Filipino and 2016 Invitational Conference, and with Petron in the 2015 All-Filipino.
