THE Petron Philippine Super Liga All-Stars bowed to Idea Khonkaen, 22-25, 20-25, 19-25, in the Thai-Denmark women's volleyball tournament on Thursday night at the MCC Hall of The Mall at Bangkapi in Bangkok.
After losing the first set, the Filipinas regrouped to take control halfway through the second set, 12-9, only for Idea Khonkaen to turn the tables again, 21-19.
Idea Khonkaen took a 13-7 advantage in the third set and never looked back.
The loss was the second in a row for the PSL stars who dropped a 25-23, 11-25, 16-25, 9-25 defeat to Bangkok Glass in their tournament debut on Wednesday.
