THE Philippine Super Liga All Filipino Conference has decided to cancel its scheduled Wednesday matches owing to typhoon Glenda, which is expected to hit the metropolis late Tuesday night.
Affected matches are the semifinal clash between two-time defending champion Generika-Army and AirAsia and the classification game between Petron and Cagayan.
Also called off is the elimination round face-off between Cignal and IEM.
All games are set at the Astrodome located at Roxas Boulevard in Pasay City facing Manila Bay, where gusty winds are expected to come from the open sea.
All games will be rescheduled depending on the availability of venue, date, and time.
Tickets that were sold for the July 16 (Wednesday) matches will be honored when the PSL resumes on July 20 (Sunday).
