LIBERO Jen Reyes is moving from Petron to Foton, just days after the Tri Activ Spikers acquired two key players from the Tornadoes.

Petron got young energetic spiker Sisi Rondina and veteran setter Rhea Dimaculangan but now lets go of Reyes, who played a major role in two of the Tri Activ Spikers’ championship runs.

Team owners meet on Tuesday to present their 10-woman lineups but a source said more player transfers are expected with still about a month to go before the Philippine Super Liga Invitational Conference.

“Madami pa ’yan, abangan niyo lang ang mga kasunod na kabanata ng Petronovela at Fotonserye, may ibang team pa na dadagdag sa kwento,” said the source.

Reyes was part of the Petron squad that won the 2014 Grand Prix and the 2015 All-Filipino and gained valuable experience in the 2016 AVC Asian Women's Club Championship and 2016 FIVB Women's Club World Championship.

"Pinakamahirap na desisyon ay magpaalam sa Petron family ko. I spent the last three years of my career sa Petron.  We won together, we lost together, para na kaming pamilya,” said Reyes.

“But now it’s time for me to face a new challenge,” she added. “Looking forward ako sa bagong chapter ng buhay ko ngayon.”
