F2 Logistics gained momentum with an emphatic 25-16, 25-12, 25-16 win over Cocolife in the Philippine Super Liga All-Filipino Conference on Saturday at The Arena in San Juan.
The defending champions, who started the contest with back-to-back losses, bagged their second straight to even their record.
Majoy Baron led the Cargo Movers with 11 points, Kim Dy and Desiree Cheng added seven markers apiece, while Ara Galang had six in a match that took an hour and nine minutes to finish.
“Goal namin mag-No. 1 dito sa group namin para kahit papano ‘yung last place doon sa kabilang group ang makaharap namin,” said F2 Logistics coach Ramil de Jesus.
“Actually ‘yung galaw andoon kaso hindi masustain ang communication sa loob and madaling mademoralize,” he admitted.
Former La Salle star Michele Gumabao had 14 points for Cocolife, which slid to 1-3.
