EJ Laure is set to return to volleyball as she rejoins Foton in the Philippine Superliga All-Filipino Conference this June.

Foton on Tuesday announced the return of Laure and three other college standouts in Justine Dorog and Marian Buitre of University of the Philippines and reigning UAAP Season 81 Best Setter Lai Bendong of University of the East.

Laure is coming off a two-year layoff with Foton due to a shoulder injury that also forced her to skip the past two UAAP campaigns of University of Santo Tomas.

The 21-year-old open spiker last played for the Tornadoes in the 2017 PSL Grand Prix, where they finished with a bronze medal.

Besides the former UAAP Rookie of the Year, Foton also added some fire power from UP wing spikers Dorog and Buitre, while Bendong will orchestrate for Tornadoes stars Jaja Santiago, Dindin Santiago-Manabat, Mina Aganon and Maika Ortiz.
