GENERIKA dominated Amy’s, 24-26, 25-13, 25-19, 25-14, on Saturday for its second win in as many matches in the classification round of the Philippine Super Liga All Filipino Conference at The Arena in San Juan.
Chloe Cortez had 17 points, Ria Meneses scored 15 and Wensh Tiu contributed 11 markers as Generika moved ahead in the race to fifth place.
“’Yun ang sinasabi namin sa players, okay lang magka kumpyansa ’wag lang sobra,” said Life Savers assistant coach Jeffrey Drio, who called the shots with head coach Francis Vicente still abroad for the Philippine Under-18 women’s team.
Cindy Imbo had nine points for Amy’s Kitchen, winless in 10 matches.
