BECKY Perry continued her fine play and got help from Ara Galang this time as F2 Logistics, still waiting for the arrival of Lindsay Stalzer, made it two wins in a row, beating Sta. Lucia, 25-21, 25-19, 25-19, on Thursday in the Philippine Superliga Grand Prix at the Arena in San Juan.

Perry nailed 10 spikes, had two blocks and two aces for 14 points to go with 13 digs, while Galang also scored 14 points as F2 Logistics seized the early lead.

Majoy Baron chipped in 11 hits, while Aby Maraño added eight markers for the Cargo Movers.

“Nung first game namin hindi pa alam kung ano yung pwede asahan doon sa import kasi sa practice hindi naman all-out yung laro. Ngayon nakikita nilang pwede palang asahan ‘to,” said F2 Logistics coach Ramil de Jesus on Perry.

“Noong una kasi parang nangangapa sila na baka yung mga local ang maglead sa loob. Nakita naman may leadership,” he added. “Ngayon mas relax sila and mas alam nila kung ano yung strength ng bawat isa nakakilos ng mas maayos sa loob ngayon.”
