DEFENDING champion F2 Logistics marched into the semifinals after it disposed of Generika-Ayala, 25-14, 25-19, 25-17, on Thursday in the Philippine Super Liga All-Filipino Conference at The Arena in San Juan.
Ara Galang led the way for the Cargo Movers, who trailed, 6-12, in the second set before Galang took charge to put the Cargo Movers the lead, 16-15.
"Halos alam na namin ang gagawin eh. So minsan may mga blocks kami na nagugulat sila na nadun na pala ang blockers," said F2 Logistics coach Ramil de Jesus.
"Na-pwersa namin sila na mag-errors kasi nakikita nila na nadun palagi ang blockers namin."
National team members Kim Dy and Kim Fajardo scored 10 and seven points, respectively, for the Cargo Movers.
Generika-Ayala was relegated to the classification for fifth to eighth places.
National team member Gen Casugod had 11 points for Generika-Ayala, while Angeli Araneta and Chloe Cortez added six markers apiece.
