JRU team captain Shola Alvarez scored 25 points, Rosalie Pepito and Karen Montojo added 11 each.
The Lady Bombers ended their losing run at four, recording their third win in eight outings.
Mikaela Lopez led Letran with 23 points, while Kathleen Barrinuevo and Glayssa Torres combined for 22 markers.
The Lady Knights absorbed their seventh loss in eight outings.
