Though SSC is already out of contention, coach Roger Gorayeb said he will just use the PVL in preparation for the NCAA Season 93, which starts on November.

SSC snapped a two-game losing skid, improved to 2-3 win-loss record in Group A.

Skipper Cherilyn Sindayen made 13 points for LPU, which dropped to 1-3.
