SAN Sebastian College downed Jose Rizal University, 25-23 25-11, 25-9, on Monday at The Arena in San Juan for its third straight victory in the NCAA women’s volleyball tournament.
Gretchel Soltones scored 13 points from 10 spikes and three service aces for the San Sebastian belles, who gained a share of second spot with St. Benilde and Perpetual Help at 6-2.
Laela Lopez had eight points for the Lady Bombers, who remained at the bottom with Mapua and Letran with identical 1-7 win-loss records.
