“It was just another game,” said Sandugo coach Roger Gorayeb after scoring the win against the team he handled last season. “Of course I'm happy with the win but the league has just started. The team needs to jell more because it’s the first time the girls got together in one team.”
First conference finals MVP Alyssa Valdez made 14 points for the Lady Eagles.
Earlier, Philippine Army beat Navy and Cagayan Valley downed FEU.
