NATIONAL University head coach Roger Gorayeb will miss the Lady Bulldogs’ match against University of the Philippines on Sunday to attend his son’s commencement exercises at La Salle Greenhills.
Former NU head coach and now assistant Edjet Mabbayad will call the shots as the Lady Bulldogs battle the Lady Maroons in the crucial UAAP women’s volleyball match at the Araneta Coliseum.
The match starts at 4 p.m. with the Lady Bulldogs, in joint third at 7-4, looking to secure at least a playoff for a semifinal spot.
The Lady Maroons, on the other hand, are running fifth at 6-5 and look to keep their semifinal chances alive.
Mabbayad steered NU to three championships in the V-League Collegiate Conference.
