REBISCO-PSL Manila proved no match to Tianjin Bohai Bank of China, 8-25, 10-25, 9-25, in the 2017 AVC Asian Women's Club Championship on Saturday at Boris Alexandrov Sports Palace in Kazakhstan.
Xhen Li Yi had 13 points, while Li Ying and Wang Ning each scored 11 for the Chinese, who fired 44 kills while the Filipinos could only score 19 spikes.
Tianjin Bohai Bank of China also had seven blocks compared to Rebisco-PSL Manila’s one kill block.
The Chinese club cruised to its second straight win.
Jaja Santiago scored eight and Jovelyn Gonzaga had six points for the Manila club.
