As the newly-assembled squad's first-ever team captain, Marasigan gave further insight on how the past few months have been for the King Crunchers and the significance of a new club entrant in the Philippine men's volleyball scene.

"Hindi naman magiging madali for us, of course. Nandun naman ‘yung susubukan namin. Para sa’min, wala naman nababanggit sa’min na talagang ‘champion agad’ ganyan.

"Kabubuo lang nung team. Nag-start lang kami mag-training middle ng January (January 16), so siguro wala pa kaming two months. Inaayos pa rin namin ‘yung sistema namin. Binabasa pa rin namin ‘yung mga gustong mangyari ni Coach Tai for us. Sana, we’ll get there," Marasigan told mediamen during Criss Cross' team launch on Friday in Pasig City.

My players [are] very good, they concentrate to train in the training and I will support them to be better players. Now, I feel happy because my boss [is] really kind to me. Boss Jonathan [Ng] is really kind to me.
