REBISCO sister teams Creamline and Choco Mucho have gone full throttle in their respective offseason roster shakeups.
With just two days remaining before the close of 2025, the two clubs have already released a combined six players as they begin retooling for the upcoming PVL season.

Earlier announcements confirmed the departures of Cool Smashers pioneer Pau Soriano, along with long-time Flying Titans Aduke Ogunsanya and Bia General.
The changes continued on Monday, when Creamline officially parted ways with another cornerstone of its dynasty in veteran opposite hitter Rizza Mandapat.
Mandapat, 31, was with Creamline for 19 of the 20 conferences the franchise has competed in since the PVL’s inception.
A product of National University, she joined the Cool Smashers in the 2017 Open Conference, the league’s second tournament during its inaugural year, and went on to become part of every one of Creamline’s 10 championship runs.
While her role gradually diminished following the league’s shift to its pro era in 2021, Mandapat remained a steady presence and a key figure during the team’s dominant semi-pro era prior.
Flying (Titans) elsewhere
Meanwhile, Choco Mucho also made difficult decisions, bidding farewell to veterans Royse Tubino and Cherry Nunag.
Tubino’s exit came as a surprise, especially with the 32-year-old soldier-athlete serving as one of the team’s most reliable opposite hitters amid injury absences to Kat Tolentino and Dindin Santiago-Manabat.
Nunag’s departure was equally unexpected, particularly after her Alas Pilipinas call-up in 2024 following her strong defensive performances at the net for Choco Mucho.
Both players were part of Choco Mucho’s 2024 All-Filipino Conference runner-up squad, with Nunag also in the 2023 Second All-Filipino Conference runner-up team that became the first finals-bound Flying Titans side.
Choco Mucho is reportedly clearing roster space for potential key acquisitions, a move mirrored by Creamline as it looks to bounce back from its first title-less calendar year since debuting in 2017.
