FORMER Cignal power duo in Ces Molina and Riri Meneses won’t be running short of suitors for their services in the ongoing 2024-24 PVL All-Filipino Conference.
Count the Frank Lao-backed Strong Group Athletics (SGA) stable featuring two on-the-rise PVL teams Farm Fresh and ZUS Coffee among them.
READ Ces Molina, Riri Meneses no longer renewing Cignal contracts
A source told SPIN.ph on Thursday that SGA has shown interest in signing both Molina and Meneses, who on Thursday announced through their management team that they won't be renewing their contracts with Cignal.
The likes of Capital1 and sister teams Akari are Nxled have reportedly made their first moves in the Molina-Meneses sweepstakes.
Connections that count
It isn’t too much of a stretch for Molina and Meneses to join either the Foxies or the Thunderbelles.
It’s because the two are handled by Avior Talent Management that also has a handful of PVL stars in its stable.
Among the notable names in their pool of talents are Rachel Daquis, Jheck Dionela, Alohi Robins-Hardy, Jovelyn Gonzaga and Chai Troncoso.
What these four have in common? They are all part of SGA-owned PVL sides.

Apart from the above-mentioned quartet of SGA stars, Avior also has Creamline’s reigning Reinforced Conference MVP Bernadeth Pons and Galeries Tower’s Carly Hernandez in its pool of PVL talent.
So where will the power pair land next?
Abangan.
