PLDT has set the longest active win streak by any PVL team in eight years against 10-time champion Creamline.

No other team has come close to the High Speed Hitters’ four-game head-to-head winning streak vs. the Cool Smashers that has now spanned 16 months and four conferences.
Interestingly, prior to this unbeaten run, PLDT was winless against Creamline through eight tries.

That's why for Savi Davison, who scored 34 in the High Speed Hitters' last two wins over the Cool Smashers, there’s just a different feeling when seeing that dynastic pink that pumps her up even more.
“It's always a good feeling to win. This one is just a little bit more sweet because they're such hard competitors. It makes you look back at all the hard work and sacrifice and all the days that you didn't want to show up, but you did,” she said.
“With Creamline, it’s not a scoring game. It's a whole lot of other stuff, so the support that we feel on the court, whether that's emotionally or physically, I'm just glad that I got to be a part of it.”
Strong connection for PLDT
In the end, now that she’s set for her first PVL Finals, Davison was all praise for a much more composed and united PLDT unit that made this championship breakthrough possible.

“Like I said, it's a great feeling to be a part of, and I know throughout this season that we've grown closer together because we shared sacrifices and hard work," she said. “I’m just glad at how it all transpired.”
