AFTER 551 days, Rachel Daquis will make her much-awaited PVL comeback with Farm Fresh on Thursday night against Galeries Tower off the bench.
The 37-year-old spiker last played in the league back in the 2023 PVL Invitational Conference bronze-medal match Cignal won against now-defunct F2 Logistics.
Daquis went on to take an indefinite leave of absence before parting ways with the HD Spikers.
In that time away from the court, RAD took part in a volleyball coaches’ camp in the United States, opened her own Filipino bakery ‘Forn de Manila’ in Barcelona, Spain and took culinary classes at the International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management in Quezon City.
