PLDT picked up a second straight victory at the expense of winless Farm Fresh, 25-17, 25-17, 25-20, in the 2023 PVL All-Filipino Conference in Antipolo City on Tuesday.
Savannah Davison led the High Speed Hitters with 18 points built on 13 attacks, three aces, and two blocks.

Now 0-3 (win-loss), a first-ever PVL win remains elusive for the Foxies after eight games played since their debut last conference.
“I think the preparedness to come together is our main strength. When things are going bad, we’ve always found strength within our team, and we really brought that here,” said Davison.

“Whatever’s going on, winning or losing, I think our confidence in ourselves and in how we play has shown today,” she added.
Just like F2’s three-set rout of NXLED in the opening game, PLDT banked on net defense and efficient services to dispatch Farm Fresh.
The High Speed Hitters converted seven blocks and seven aces in three sets, while the Foxies failed to make a single block and only had three aces in comparison.
