Kuttika Kaewpin and the Cool Smashers try to improve on last year's third-place finish.

THAILAND’s Kuttika Kaewpin teams up with Alyssa Valdez again as Creamline brings in a new import in Serbian middle blocker Nikolina Asceric for the Premier Volleyball League Reinforced Conference starting on May 11.

Creamline has recruited Michele Gumabao before she was crowned Miss Globe Philippines while also securing the services of another former La Salle star in Mel Gohing.

Ateneo coach Tai Bundit will call the shots for the Cool Smashers, who finished third last year.

League newcomers Tacloban Fighting Waray and Petrogazz hope to make a good first impression by tapping champion players.

Arellano University’s Jovielyn Prado, Andrea Marzan, Eunice Galang, Regine Arocha and Mary Anne Esguerra will play for the Fighting Waray, along with Thai imports Amporn Hyapha and Sutadta Chuewulim who will add the fire power.

Shola Alvaraez from Jose Rizal University, Judith Abil of University of the East and setter Kyle Negrito of Far Eastern University are also set to suit up for the Tacloban squad.
