CREAMLINE went on a 10-1 match-winning run in Set 3 to secure its 16th straight league win against Nxled, 25-12, 25-21, 25-19, in the 2024-25 PVL All-Filipino Conference on Tuesday at the Philsports Arena.
Kyle Negrito kept the Cool Smashers’ pristine record intact with 15 excellent sets and two attack points as the defending champions rose to No. 1 in the standings at 6-0 as Nxled suffered its 15th consecutive PVL loss, dropping to 0-8.

Bernadeth Pons and Tots Carlos led Creamline's stacked offense with 13 and 10 points each.
All 12 attacking players fielded by the Cool Smashers scored in today's game.
This was in stark contrast to a difficult night for Nxled with only five scoring players led by newcomer Jaycel delos Reyes with seven markers.
Never an easy win
Creamline is three straight wins away from matching its franchise-best 19-game unbeaten run from 2023 to 2024.
Winning tradition aside, reigning Reinforced Conference MVP Bernadeth Pons shared how it was never a ‘Creamline thing’ for them to let their guard down against any opponent — let alone a struggling, winless one like Nxled.
