ANOTHER Cignal player has parted ways with the club after two years as Chai Troncoso moves to ZUS Coffee.
The Thunderbelles unveiled their second signing on Saturday, just one week before the 2024-25 PVL All-Filipino Conference goes underway.

Troncoso is the second ex-HD Spiker to join ZUS Coffee in what has been a busy offseason for the league after the returning Jovelyn Gonzaga.
Prior to securing the utility duo, ZUS Coffee engaged in a sister-team transaction with Farm Fresh to pick up the trio of Kate Santiago, Chinnie Arroyo, and Joan Narit upon the reported expiration of their Foxies contracts.
This now gives the rebuilding side an abundance of experienced spikers to boost its attack line for the six-month-long All-Filipino wars.

But before such major transfers, three other past Cignal mainstays jumped ship to the other Frank Lao-led Strong Group Athletics team in Farm Fresh.
The Cignal trifecta of Rachel Anne Daquis, Jheck Dionela, and an embattled Alohi Robins-Hardy were all signed by the Foxies.
Only two of them are guaranteed to suit up in the upcoming season as Robins-Hardy was deemed ineligible to be signed directly by any PVL team without prior playing experience in the league since turning pro in 2021.
This means she’ll have to undergo the drafting process next year in order to enter the PVL, with no guarantees of landing with the Foxies.
ZUS Coffee will begin its new campaign on Nov. 14 against Akari at the FilOil EcoOil Centre, with the season set to begin five days prior.
