LENA Samoilenko's second coming for PLDT is all set as she becomes the first confirmed import for the 2024 PVL Reinforced Conference in July.
Two years from her PVL debut, the High Speed Hitters welcomed back their 6-foot-4 Russian outside spiker following her recent stint in Kazakhstan with Turan Turkistan.

In the 2022 edition of the import-laden conference, the then-Turkiye-based hitter joined a PLDT side that eventually missed out on the single-round robin semifinals with a sixth-place, 3-5 record.
Samoilenko's eight-game average for the High Speed Hitters then? A whopping 26.6 points per game (213 total points) to lead the entire league in scoring.
On the heels of another top five finish for PLDT in the recently concluded All-Filipino Conference , Samoilenko's return will have her backed by the likes of Fil-Canadian power spiker Savi Davison and the returning Kianna Dy, who missed the entirety of what would've been her High Speed Hitters debut recovering from a knee injury.
All 12 local teams will duke it out in a single-round Reinforced Conference, with the top four teams qualifying for the Invitational Conference in September alongside two soon-to-be named foreign teams.
