DEFENDING champion Army and Cagayan Valley clash on Tuesday for the right to face PLDT for the championship in the Shakey’s V-League Season 12 Open Conference at The Arena in San Juan.
The Lady Troopers and Rising Suns both hold 1-1 win-loss cards in the round-robin semifinals and the winner will advance to the final against unbeaten PLDT, which sealed a place in the title series with one match to spare.
Army is coming off a five-set loss to the Ultra Fast Hitters, while Cagayan Valley scored a straight-sets win over Meralco.

The Army-Cagayan match is set at 2 p.m. before the showdown between PLDT and also-ran Meralco at 4 o’clock.
The Ultra Fast Hitters look to extend their unbeaten run to 10 matches and get a good workout before the first match of the finals set on Thursday.
