NXLED continued its aggressive roster rebuild by unveiling a second wave of signings as part of a sweeping offseason facelift for the franchise.
Still operating in the aftermath of a foiled merger bid with Petro Gazz, the Chameleons added five more former Angels in Bang Pineda, Nicole Tiamzon, AA Adolfo, Jellie Tempiatura and Joyme Cagande, further accelerating their transformation into a legitimate contender.

Pineda’s homecoming will be a unique one, as the 34-year-old libero first signed with Petro Gazz in 2022, joined the Akari stable in 2023, suited up for Nxled in 2024, returned to the Angels in 2025 and now heads back to the Chameleons for the 2026 season.

In that span, she captured three PVL championships alongside Tiamzon, who stayed for three years until the team took a leave of absence earlier this month.
Meanwhile, Tempiatura adds another proven libero option, moving to greener pastures with her fellow Adamson standout in opposite hitter Adolfo, Petro Gazz’s first-ever draft pick in 2024.
Cagande rounds out the group as one of the final Chery Tiggo players to find a new PVL home following the Crossovers’ sudden disbandment last December.
At Nxled, she reunites with former Chery Tiggo captain Aby Maraño, providing continuity amid sweeping changes.

These latest additions bring Nxled’s offseason haul to 10 players, joining earlier signings Djanel Cheng, Jonah Sabete, Ranya Musa and Aduke Ogunsanya.
With a growing mix of championship-tested veterans and younger talents, the Chameleons are rapidly reshaping their identity and positioning themselves as one of the most intriguing teams heading into the 2026 PVL season.
