AFTER signing a five-year contract extension and getting a brand-new car as bonus, Pocari Sweat top hitter Myla Pablo plans to invest her earnings wisely.
The 23-year old outside hitter, who's currently living in a condo unit in Makati, said she is looking to buy a house in Laguna and put some of the money in a bank.
"Balak ko bumili na ng bahay at saka ipon sa bangko," she told a handful of reporters after her contract signing on Tuesday.
The former National University star knows that while she's on top of her game and she's making a living out of the sport she loves, she must be wise with her finances.
Pablo is also looking to manage her monthly expenses now that she has another car that would mean extra parking rental costs at the condominium building.
A regular parking space rental in a condominium building is about P4,000.
If there would be an extra savings, Pablo is open to put up a business. But as of now she's more concerned about buying a new house for her family.
