MICH Morente has found a new home with the Petro Gazz Angels.

Just five days since her release from PLDT, Morente joins the Angels as their third offseason signing after the ex-F2 Logistics pair of Ethan Arce and Joy Dacoron.

“Your high-octane energy will surely drive us to our desired destination! We're glad to have an Angel named Momo! Welcome, Mich Morente,” the Angels announced on Thursday evening.
Morente is set to replenish the Angels' lost attacking firepower following the departure of longtime spiker and now Akari-bound Grethcel Soltones.
In what has now been her final act with PLDT, Morente was sparingly used in last year's season-ending All-Filipino tilt where she only had five points under her belt on four attacks and one ace.
On the defensive end, she pitched in nine excellent digs and six excellent receptions in the High Speed Hitters' second successive fifth-place campaign.
Morente's move to Petro Gazz marked the end of her one-year PLDT stint which had a semifinals appearance on top of two top five finishes in the 2023 PVL season.
