FORMER F2 Logistics aces Mars Alba and Ivy Lacsina had contrasting fates in their first PVL match donning new colors than their usual yellow and red uniforms.
Although Alba and Choco Mucho got the better of Lacsina’s Nxled side in straight sets, the ex-teammates shared the same sentiment on how it felt playing for a new team after a difficult disbandment.

“Nakakapanibago po and happy kasi favorite color ko po ‘yung purple,” said Alba, who dished out 18 excellent sets as lead playmaker in her Flying Titans debut.

While Alba had to fill in for a resting Deanna Wong, Lacsina took the risk of making her Nxled debut amid her ongoing recovery from a right knee sprain — one she was confident in taking despite the result.
