THE UAAP continues to tighten its grip on the PVL pipeline of talent.

Based solely on players listed on official rosters of the 10 teams in the 2026 All-Filipino Conference, it’s La Salle that leads all schools in producing active pros, with the rest of the UAAP forming a clear-cut top tier.

While no other league comes close in terms of volume and consistency, the NCAA, non-league schools, provincial schools, and a handful of overseas academic institutions are also well-represented in the country's lone professional volleyball league.

Editor's Note: This list was based on the players section of the PVL website as of April 4, 2026.

La Salle sits comfortably at the top - and not by accident, with 12 UAAP titles under the legendary reign of Ramil de Jesus.

Bannered by marquee names like Aby Maraño, Ara Galang, Kim Fajardo, Mika Reyes, Kianna Dy, and Majoy Baron, the Lady Spikers’ influence stretches across multiple teams.

Add in Alas Pilipinas aces such as Dawn Catindig, Fifi Sharma, and Julia Coronel to younger stars including Erika Santos, Alleiah Malaluan, and Thea Gagate, and the pro rank just becomes another testament to the enduring and contending program RDJ has built and reinforced.

What separates La Salle is the unrivaled continuity of its winning legacy. Even as veterans age out, a new wave continues to emerge, keeping the program's stature as the league’s most reliable source of pro-ready talent.
