ON top of her loaded attacks and high-flying exploits, Sisi Rondina's on-court tenacity has propelled her to great heights in both beach and indoor volleyball.

The former UST skipper and UAAP Season 81 MVP led all Choco Mucho scorers in her Premier Volleyball League debut against Farm Fresh and kept the same fire burning over Foton.
Upon joining the Flying Titans ahead of the ongoing Invitationals, her new coach Dante Alinsurin quickly saw Rondina as the squad's life of the party and leader of the pack.
And this comes on top of being teammates with her co-captains in Season 81 — Ateneo's Bea De Leon and La Salle's Des Cheng.
But with Rondina's intrinsic leadership qualities vividly translating on the court thus far, Rondina gave credit to her UST mentors for instilling such vital principles.

Many will remember her as the 'small but terrible' Cebuana sensation who once steered the Tigresses to the cusp of a UAAP crown.
But for Sisi herself, leadership has long been engraved in her identity and is what she hopes her legacy will be defined by.
