CHOCO Mucho made it three straight wins with a 25-20, 17-25, 21-25, 25-11, 15-8 victory over Pacifictown Army in the PVL Open Conference on Sunday at the Arena in San Juan.
Kat Tolentino scored 24 points off 22 kills and two blocks, while Maddie Madayag delivered 14 points as the Flying Titans improved their win-loss record to 5-6, still in seventh place in the nine-team tournament.

Shang Berte had seven markers, while Shannen Palec and Kim Gequillana added five points each for Choco Mucho.
Acy Masangkay dished out 22 excellent sets on top of 13 digs and four markers, while Bang Pineda had 22 digs and 14 excellent receptions.
“I gave that to my players because they're really working hard. It's really hard to cope up with the system with one month, two months,” said Choco Mucho coach Oliver Almadro.
“Luckily, nakakasunod na, may mga times pa rin na, of course, bumabalik pa rin sa mga default fundamentals.”
“Ito 'yung mga games na ganito 'yung kailangan namin, 'yung mga ganitong pitpitan, we're down for us to mature right away,” he added.

Almadro scored back-to-back wins over Army coach Kungfu Reyes on Sunday as Ateneo beat University of Santo Tomas in the semifinal series opener of the PVL Collegiate Conference.
The Lady Troopers committed seven of their 42 errors in the fifth set.
Royse Tubino led Army with 16 points, while Jovelyn Gonzaga had 15 points and 17 digs.
The Lady Troopers dropped to a 6-5 record.
