AIR Force continued its stellar play, downing University of the Philippines, 27-25, 25-19, 25-17, on Monday for its third victory in as many matches in the V-League Season 13 Open Conference at the San Juan Arena.
The Jet Spikers joined idle Pocari Sweat in the top spot.
UP remained winless in two matches after bowing to Pocari Sweat on opening day, also in straight sets.
Air Force coach Jasper Jimenez was pleased to see the Jet Spikers keep their composure as they fought back from 19-23 down in the first set.
Kathy Bersola and Isa Molde each had seven points for UP.
