Galanza took the spotlight this time after the Cool Smashers were led by Fille Cainglet-Cayetano in the win over Chef’s Classics on Saturday.
The former Adamson star led all scorers, nailing 14 kills, two service aces and a block for 17 points.
Kyle Negrito Negrito dished out 17 excellent sets on top of three points.
“Sobrang nakakaproud kasi hindi lang yung inaasahan yung makakapuntos talaga pati yung mga nasa labas,” said Galanza. “Talagang ready sila and andun yung eagerness nila na talagang gusto nila maglaro.”
Risa Sato had 10 points, while Cainglet-Cayetano had seven markers.
Creamline head coach Tai Bundit had the luxury of fielding all his players as they dominated the Water Defenders in attacking with a 37-23 differential, in blocking (8-2), and aces (7-2).
No Water Defender scored in double figures with Grace Bombita leading the way with eight points.
BaliPure absorbed its five straight defeat, dropping to a 2-8 win-loss record.
