JASMINE Nabor admits feeling the pressure, but is relishing the challenge as she relearns moves she played early in high school.

The National University utility spiker is thrust into the role of setter after Ivy Perez payed her final year in the UAAP and Rica Diolan left the Lady Bulldogs.

Nabor did well as NU played its first match in the V-League Open, delivering 31 of the Lady Bulldogs’ 32 excellent sets in a four-set victory over Laoag on Saturday.

She initially did not want to take the job — it was in the first two years of high school when she played the spot —but Nabor is getting the hang of it.

She said her teammates have been supportive.

Nabor will again show her skills on Wednesday when NU faces co-leader Pocari Sweat.
