JAJA Santiago, now Sachi Minowa, has been cleared to make her return to the Philippine volleyball scene.
The former PVL MVP secured her professional license from the Games and Amusements Board (GAB), completing one of the final requirements for her much-anticipated league comeback with Creamline for the 2026 Invitational Conference.

GAB chairman Atty. Francisco J. Rivera, alongside ProSports Division officer-in-charge Dr. Oliver O. Evangelista, welcomed Santiago at the GAB Central Office in Makati City, as she completed the licensing process.
She told GAB officials that she missed playing in the Philippines and expressed her gratitude and excitement for the opportunity to compete once again in front of Filipino fans.

After several years of playing in Japan, the 6-foot-5 middle blocker is now set to bring her international experience back home before taking her act to League One Volleyball (LOVB) in the U.S. with expansion club San Francisco Signal.
Her GAB clearance also comes after another former National U teammate and Creamline-turned-Akari middle blocker Risa Sato recently underwent the same process following her brief hiatus during pregnancy.

Returning to the PVL now presents Santiago with a chance to win her second league title with the very team she beat for her first.
She won her first championship with Chery Tiggo in the 2021 Open Conference, when the now-defunct Crossovers defeated the Cool Smashers in the best-of-three finals.
Now, she'll look to add another title to her collection, while helping Creamline pursue a record-extending 12th championship.
