Gretchen Ho says she'll most likely make most of her volleyball appearances with the Beach Volleyball Republic -  fledgling league put up by current players.

FORMER Ateneo volleyball star Gretchen Ho said on Friday she won't be part of a team of former Lady Eagles being put together for the coming Shakey's V-League Open Conference.

"In light of the recent press releases, I would just like to clear out that I'm not playing for the V-League this season," Ho, a vital cog in the 'Fab Five' era of the Lady Eagles, posted on her official Twitter account @gretchenho.

Ho, more visible on television than on the indoor volleyball circuit these days, said she'll most likely make most of her volleyball appearances with the Beach Volleyball Republic - a fledgling league put up by current players.

"Not sure about who confirmed it and why, but most probably you'll find me playing more on the sand court real soon. Thanks and see you !" she added.
