NXLED has tapped veteran Italian coach Ettore Guidetti to call the shots for the Chameleons.

Guidetti takes over the reins from Chinese coach Chen Gang, who won one game as the Chameleons finished 10th in the recently concluded PVL Reinforced Conference.
The Chameleons welcomed the team’s third head coach in its one-year PVL run to date on Friday.

Carrying 20 years of coaching experience, Guidetti has handled 19 clubs in both domestic and national team scenes.
His most notable tours of duty included handling Sweden’s women’s and under-19 national teams between 2019 and 2022.
Guidetti also had a one-year stint for his homeland’s seniors’ national team in 2014.
Under the 50-year-old Wang’s tutelage, Nxled will shoot to eclipse its best-ever finish of eighth place in the six-month-long edition of the 2024 PVL All-Filipino Conference starting in November.
