The Foxies erased the sting of their opening loss to Galeries Tower in Batangas City last month, doing so with head coach Koji Tsuzurabara and half of the team coming straight from Taiwan after their silver-medal finish in the 2026 Formosa Women’s Volleyball Invitational Tournament.
Despite the quick turnaround from their first international stint, Farm Fresh managed to deliver a breakthrough win and can now close its three-game preseason slate with back-to-back wins when it faces Capital1 next week in Victorias City.
Trisha Tubu and Ces Molina led Farm Fresh with 16 points apiece, with Molina also chipping in 16 receptions. Royse Tubino added 12 points and 14 digs in the victory.

Nxled, meanwhile, finished its lone four-game slate in the tour with a 2-2 record and P300,000 in pot money.
The Chameleons were the only team scheduled to play four games in the preseason caravan, splitting their assignments sans three-time MVP Brooke Van Sickle who is on the mend from a shoulder surgery as they continue their preparations for the next PVL season.
Steady sweep
After eking out the opening set by the slimmest of margins, Farm Fresh broke the game open in the second, leading by as many as 11 points.
The Foxies opened the third with an 8-3 lead, but Nxled rallied to take a 21-19 advantage before Rizza Cruz capped Farm Fresh’s strong serving game with the team’s seventh ace to seal the straight-sets win.
Myla Pablo and MJ Phillips paced Nxled in the loss with eight points each, while Jonah Sabete-Escamilla contributed seven points, 16 receptions, and five digs.
