ANTIPOLO — Rizaleños came out in force to produce the biggest PVL crowd yet at the Ynares Center in the 2024-25 All-Filipino Conference.
5,915 fans trooped to the Antipolo venue to witness the opening double-header of the single-round robin semifinals featuring Akari vs. Choco Mucho and Creamline vs. Petro Gazz.

With the ‘Rebisco Clasico’ moved from the Ynares Center to the Smart Araneta Coliseum, the Antipolo faithful made the most of its last taste of PVL action this conference with almost every single seat all the way to the nosebleeds full.
Three of the PVL’s last four trips to Antipolo this conference breached the 4,000-mark out of the venue’’s 7,400-maximum seating.
The penultimate quarterfinals match day headlined by a pair of Game Two matchups between Creamline-Chery Tiggo and Petro Gazz-ZUS Coffee had 4,409 fans in attendance.
One of the conference’s biggest matches to date that saw Creamline’s 19-game win streak end at PLDT’s hands saw 5,055 fans pack the Ynares Center.
And the last time Creamline and Petro Gazz faced off in the second week of prelims play highlighted by Alyssa Valdez’ PVL comeback after a four-month injury layoff had 5,900 spectators.
PVL semis action continues at the league’s regular match site at the Philsports Arena in Pasig City on Tuesday before making its third trip to the Big Dome this conference and first in 2025 on Thursday.
