F2 Logistics has added Jessma Ramos and Rem Cailing to its roster after withdrawing from the Premier Volleyball League Open Conference.
The Cargo Movers announced the signing of the two University of the Philippines Lady Maroons on Tuesday.
The team pulled out from the PVL bubble tournament set in Ilocos, Norte next week, citing player injuries sustained in training camp, although it intends to play the next conference.
The PVL Open Conference, which features 10 teams, begins on July 17 at the PCV Socio-Civic Cultural Center in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte.
Ramos played for Motolite in 2019 before it was disbanded early this year. She transferred with Cailing to Unlimited Athletes Club but the team also filed a leave of absence a month before the PVL restart.
The 5-foot-8 Lady Maroon joins Ramil De Jesus’ formidable frontline that features Aby Marano, Majoy Baron, Aduke Ogunsanya, Des Clemente and new signing Chloe Cortez.
Cailing, on the other hand, will be the back-up of setter Kim Fajardo.
