REGINE Diego is one proud coach as she led F2 Logistics to a second straight PVL semifinal since taking over from multi-titled mentor Ramil de Jesus.
Under De Jesus, F2 made it to the Philippine Superliga podium in every conference it featured in, with five championships, four runner-up finishes, and two bronze medals.

Now F2 is in the semifinals in the PVL Invitational, with Diego hoping for a better finish after they bowed out at the same stage in the All-Filipino Conference.
"‘Yung change, I think nasa kanila na ‘yun. They’ve been together for a very long time. Sobrang tight na ng bond nila. Konting push na lang siguro para lumabas ‘yung fire but I know naman na lahat talaga ng bagay [within the team] needs time and needs preparation," Diego said.
"Big changes since I took over, hindi naman sa ganun. We’re still trying to get to know each other. This is very early pa para sabihin na I put in a lot of change with this team but hopefully I get to stay more so I can put in more, maka-share pa ko ng whatever I have, and them sharing what they have to me," Diego said.
"I’m very grateful din na I have these great girls with me. These girls are very hardworking, very disciplined, and I know they’re doing their best all the time. I’m proud to share the court with these girls," she added.
F2 Logistics joins reigning champion Creamline, Japan's Kurashiki Ablaze, Vietnam's Kinh Bac Bac Ninh, and two more local teams in the single round robin semifinal round.
