CREAMLINE has played 16 PVL conferences over a seven-year stretch prior to the ongoing 2024-25 All-Filipino Conference.
Apart from a league-best 10 titles and a Grand Slam, the Cool Smashers never missed out on the semifinals and never finished outside the top three in those 16 conferences.

That streak can be stretched to 17 in Creamline’s eighth year in the PVL with one more win on Saturday come Game Two against Chery Tiggo in Antipolo.
How did Creamline rise to such an unassailable stature and maintain its dynastic stronghold on the league?
The real work, according to Cool Smashers captain Alyssa Valdez, began from outside the taraflex before going on to work wonders on it.
“It's very important to us, to the whole management, because we're always banking on that familiarity to be in this PVL conference and other conferences,” said Valdez.
“We're definitely taking this as an advantage.”
From Sherwin Meneses taking over Tai Bundit to letting go of its longtime aces like Jia de Guzman, Risa Sato, and Celine Domingo, small and seismic changes alike rocked Creamline over the last few years.
To this day, Valdez considers such as the toughest hurdles the Cool Smashers have had to go through en route to preserving their championship stature.
“’Di madali because it's always a question of may pagbabago ba, may mga things na kailangan kaming palitan because it's been so long, the system has been around for so long," she said.
Valdez added: “In the end, we trust each other and we're gonna believe in each other as well. Pabor pa rin sa amin yung ganito na kami katagal.
“Hopefully, mas magtagal pa at mas marami pa kaming ma-achieve na milestones in the long run.”
