The defending champions Cool Smashers face the top-seeded Petro Gazz Angels in the Reinforced Conference finals starting on Wednesday at the Arena in San Juan.
Pacifictown-Army faces BanKo in the battle for third.
Thai import Kuttika Kaewpin led Creamline with 12 points, all coming from attacks, while making 10 digs and eight excellent receptions.
Alyssa Valdez had 11 points as Lady Troopers finished the match in an hour and 16 minutes.
