SINCE suffering a knee injury in December, Alyssa Valdez is ready to work herself back in game shape.
In an Instagram post on Tuesday evening, Valdez shared photos and clips of her ongoing rehab while away from the team's buildup for the PVL All-Filipino Conference.

The three-time PVL MVP shared fears and hesitations in her first physical exercises since December but was thankful for the support she received throughout her therapy.
"I was so scared to take that first step, single leg squats and a lot more exercises. Grabe!! Just grateful to all the people who have been supporting and helping me," Valdez said.
With no timetable set for her on-court return, the Phenom embraces each step forward as she looks to rejoin her club as soon as possible.
"Long way to go but slow progress is still progress."
Jia Morado De Guzman will temporarily assume the Creamline captaincy in Valdez' absence as Creamline begins its redemption bid in the PVL All-Filipino Conference on Feb. 4.
