PAU Soriano has parted ways with Creamline, ending an eight-year run with the PVL powerhouse she helped build from the ground up.
The 33-year-old middle blocker announced her departure through an Instagram video montage featuring highlights from her long tenure with the Cool Smashers, accompanied by a heartfelt farewell message.

“Being part of this team has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. I’ve grown not just as an athlete, but as a person, because of the love, guidance, and trust you’ve all given me,” Soriano wrote.
“As I say goodbye to this chapter, please know that my gratitude runs deep. Creamline will always be home. This isn’t a farewell, it’s a ‘see you again,’ with love and hope for whatever comes next.”

Soriano was one of the last remaining pillars from Creamline’s inaugural lineup in the 2017 PVL Reinforced Conference, along with Alyssa Valdez and Jema Galanza.
At the time, the league was still in its early stages, allowed two imports per team and featured a vastly different organizational structure with Sherwin Meneses still an assistant coach and Sherwin Malonzo as their team manager.
As the PVL transitioned into a professional league and Creamline continued to reload its roster, Soriano’s role gradually shifted.
Her court time diminished significantly in recent years, including stretches where she was left out of matchday lineups for nearly an entire conference.
Yet whenever called upon, the former Adamson standout remained a dependable presence at the net, providing timely blocks, quick hits and veteran stability that anchored Creamline’s championship success.
Soriano’s departure signals the start of what could be a busy offseason for Creamline, which is coming off its first championship-less calendar year since 2017 and appears poised to recalibrate as it looks to reclaim its dynastic footing in the league.
