THIRD time truly proved to be the charm, after all.
Creamline completed Philippine pro volleyball's first-ever Grand Slam by winning its tenth PVL title over Cignal, 21-25, 25-17, 20-25, 26-24, 15-13, and second in as many weeks in the Invitational Conference finals on Thursday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
There's no doubting the Cool Smashers' dynasty now as it achieved an unprecedented sporting feat against the odds of playing without their superstar trio for most of the tournament, before Jema Galanza's return in the tournament's last two matches.

The Cool Smashers enter an exclusive four-team circle of PBA champions in Crispa twice, San Miguel, Alaska and San Mig Coffee as the only teams in all of Philippine sports to win all three conferences in a single league season.
For the fourth time in its seven-year run, Creamline also swept a PVL conference, albeit in just five matches, after it did such a feat in the 2019 Open Conference, 2022 Open Conference and 2023 2nd All-Filipino Conference.
