CIGNAL cut Galeries Tower down to size with a 25-14, 25-16, 25-17 sweep for its second win of the 2024 PVL All-Filipino Conference on Saturday at the PhilSports Arena.
Dawn Macandili-Catindig dazzled again on her second PVL outing as an HD Spiker with 14 excellent digs and six excellent receptions as former league MVP Ces Molina topscored with 14 markers.

"I think 'yung performance namin, we gave our best today. So happy lang na naka-straight sets kami today," said Molina.
"'Yung totoo, nag training talaga kami.

Vanie Gandler, the inaugural PVL Press Corps Player of the Week, also pitched in seven attacks.
In roughly one-and-a-half hour, the HD Spikers fired 41 attacks, five aces, and four blocks to dispatch an error-plagued Highrisers side which conceded a set’s worth of faults in the sweep.
Still yet to win a set this season, Ysa Jimenez led Galeries Tower's offense with nine attack points as they absorbed their 12th defeat in 13 matches played since their league debut in last year's season-ending All-Filipino Conference.
