SEMIS-bound Choco Mucho rolled past Gerflor, 25-16, 25-17, 25-11, to sustain its hot streak in the 2023 PVL All-Filipino Conference at the PhilSports Arena.
A 13-point outing for captain Bea de Leon on six attacks, five blocks, and two aces stretched the Flying Titans’ unbeaten run to nine in 10 games as the Defenders joined Galeries Tower at the bottom of the field on 0-9 (win-loss) records.

"Siyempre super saya namin for the ninth straight (win). Medyo matagal namin ‘di naramdaman yun so very, very happy kami kung nasaan kami ngayon.

"It’s been a while so 'yung confidence ko in this game tumaas din.
With the semis fast approaching, Alinsunurin fielded all but Maddie Madayag and Cherry Nunag in his 14-player roster which saw de Leon and leading scorer Sisi Rondina fire 30 combined points in the three-set beatdown.
Shang Berte, meanwhile, paced Gerflor's ninth defeat with eight points as they are still yet to win a single set all-conference long — losing 27 sets in succession.
